Cancellations Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until departure.

Due to the size of our motel late cancellations or no shows significantly affect our business, so if your plans do change for some reason, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. All cancellations must be made in writing, please email them through.

In peak periods and some special events a minimum night stay may apply, this includes a 72 hour cancellation policy.
